It is noted that this program is a youth initiative by the company, aimed at selecting educated, active, and proactive young individuals in the technology sector from around the globe. A student with this status gains access to numerous Microsoft learning resources and connects with a global network of students.

The Microsoft Learn Student Ambassadors program offers young people extensive opportunities for growth, and by becoming an ambassador, Dilafruz will be able to enhance her knowledge and experience in technology while also inspiring the youth of Uzbekistan in this field.

“It was not easy to enter this project. I was nominated because of my strong technical skills. Throughout the year, I had to fulfill various requirements and tasks set by the company. One of these was a lesson consisting of 30 modules and an assignment on artificial intelligence technology,” the student shared.

In 2024, Dilafruz participated in the IT Star competition and ranked among the top 46 outstanding women and girls in the ICT sector of Uzbekistan. Additionally, at the ICT4Girls Competitive Programmer Girls Olympiad in Uzbekistan, she was part of a team composed of the 12 best competitive programmers in the country.
