The reputable online portal Transfermarkt has updated the market value of Cristiano Ronaldo, the forward for the Portugal national team and Saudi club Al-Nassr.
The 39-year-old player is now valued at 12 million euros, down from his previous valuation of 15 million euros. Due to his age and the lack of demand for the Saudi Arabian league, Ronaldo's market price is decreasing.
This season, Ronaldo has participated in 19 matches across all competitions, scoring 16 goals and providing 3 assists. It is worth noting that the portal also adjusted the value of Uzbek defender Abdukodir Khusainov, who plays for the French club Lens. Khusainov is also valued at 12 million euros. After his price increase, he became the most expensive footballer in Central Asia.
Interestingly, acquiring Khusainov will require more than 12 million euros. Lens does not plan to release the player at his market value and aims to earn between 25-30 million euros from his sale. All these facts indicate that the Uzbek footballer is currently more valuable and in higher demand than the Portuguese football legend.
