According to information from the Emergency Situations Department of the Samarkand region, a fire broke out on December 11 at 20:40 in a preschool educational institution located in the "Amir Temur" neighborhood of the Pastdargom district.
At 20:43, five fire and rescue teams arrived at the scene. The fire was completely extinguished by 21:55. The roof and ceiling of the kindergarten building were damaged as a result of the fire. There were no casualties or injuries.
On the same day at 21:00, a fire also occurred at a gas station located in the "Guzalkent" neighborhood of the Pastdargom district.
Five fire and rescue teams were dispatched to the scene, arriving at 21:27 and completely extinguishing the fire by 21:50.
The ignition occurred locally at the valve during the draining of liquefied gas (propane) due to a violation of the technological process. There were no casualties or injuries. The building and equipment were not damaged.
Currently, preliminary investigations are underway regarding these incidents.
