Construction of the MSA Resort, a resort complex in the Parkent district of the Tashkent region, has commenced. This initiative aims to enhance both domestic and international tourism, as well as agriculture. The project began in 2024 and is expected to be completed by 2025.

The complex is focused on promoting agriculture, gastronomy, ethnotourism, and agritourism, along with the production of high value-added agricultural products. MSA Resort will feature a hotel, a restaurant, a tasting room, a yurt camp designed in an ethnic style, and event spaces capable of accommodating up to 1,000 people.

Approximately 350 jobs will be created through this project, attracting up to 20,000 tourists annually. The anticipated economic impact from import substitution is estimated to be around 1 million dollars per year.

A key component of the complex will be the MSA Family Winery, whose products have already gained recognition in international competitions. In 2023, it was awarded a gold medal at the Berliner Wine Trophy in Germany, and in 2024, it received two gold medals at the Concours International de Lyon in France.

The MSA Resort will integrate natural landscapes, Uzbek culture, and modern infrastructure, contributing to the region's development and promoting Uzbekistan on the international stage.
