Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, some scenes for the film "The Diamond Arm" are being shot in Bukhara. The premiere of the renowned remake by Leonid Gaidai is set to take place just before the New Year on the TNT channel, as reported by a correspondent from Podrobno.uz.
A remake of the iconic Soviet comedy "The Diamond Arm" by Leonid Gaidai is being filmed in Bukhara.

This event was reported by PhD in cinema, academician of the Istanbul Film Academy, and author of numerous regulatory acts in cinematography, Eldar Yuldashev.

It is known that the filming of the movie "The Diamond Arm" is being produced on behalf of the TNT television channel. In the original film, the iconic duo of Gorbunkov and Lelick was portrayed by the legendary Yuri Nikulin and Andrei Mironov, whereas in the new version, they are played by Timur Batyrtdinov and Alexey Vorobyov. Additionally, the film features Maxim Lagashkin, Nikita Kologrivyy, and other stars of Russian cinema and show business. The creators of the New Year's comedy are the directors of "Self-Irony of Fate" and "Ivan Vasilyevich Changes Profession," Misha Semichev and Roman Kim. The premiere of the film will take place on New Year's Eve on the TNT channel.

According to the authors' concept, the action of the New Year musical film unfolds in a parallel Soviet reality in the present day. While traveling on a cruise liner, the modest economist Semyon Semyonovich Gorbunkov visits the last foreign city on his way home. In old Dubai, he falls into the hands of con artists, after which he discovers a cast on his arm. However, instead of diamonds, it contains smartphones, Dyson hairdryers, and other items of parallel imports.

It is worth noting that earlier in Samarkand, several seasons of the popular Russian reality show "Survive in..." were filmed, hosted by Pavel Volya and Laysan Utiasheva.
